Dr. Marshall Conley, is President of Conley-International Education Consultants. An expert on the design, development and delivery of a variety of training of trainers programmes as well as in evaluation and negotiation, Dr. Conley has had more than 25 years’ experience with international organizations and is the author of more than 150 publications and professional papers. Dr. Conley has administered and run projects in 21 African countries, 12 countries in the Americas, 18 European countries, and 6 Asian countries on subjects ranging from conflict analysis, rebuilding war-torn societies, Pre-deployment Training, Training of Trainers, Disarmament Demobilization and Reintegration, Early Warning, Strategic Planning, Democratic Development and Governance, Rule of Law, citizenship education and development, human rights reporting and teaching, information technology, to ethical and rights issues on the human genome.
